1. Nature of Services

We provide pre-recorded online courses for children aged 6 to 18, covering programming, electronics, and robotics. All courses are for personal use only.

2. Account Registration and Usage

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
• We commit to keeping account data confidential and will assist if you face login issues.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts in case of misuse.

3. Payment Policy

• Payments are processed through **Paymob** using cards and electronic wallets.
• Once confirmed, course access is activated automatically.
• We are not responsible for errors from the bank or payment gateway.
• Any additional fees from the bank or payment gateway are the client’s responsibility.
• If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded within 14 business days, with bank transfer fees deducted.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content is the intellectual property of **Magnum Egypt**. Copying, distributing, or reselling without written permission is prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

**Magnum Egypt** allows clients to request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The client must not have consumed more than 20% of the course content (e.g., only a limited number of videos or lessons watched).
• The client must not have downloaded any downloadable materials (such as PDFs, booklets, or exercises).
• Refunds are not allowed if the client has completed the course or received a completion certificate.
• If the refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 14 business days.
• Please note that any bank transfer or electronic processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount and are the client’s responsibility.
• Refund requests must be formally submitted via the designated email or WhatsApp number, along with the invoice number or proof of payment.

6. Fair Use Policy

Services are for personal use only. Sharing accounts, republishing content, or using unauthorized tools to extract materials is prohibited. Any violation grants Magnum the right to cancel the account and take legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide high-quality content tailored to the target age group, but educational outcomes depend on the student’s commitment and practice.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify terms at any time, notifying clients via the website or email. Continued use implies acceptance.
